Hey, I’m Rachel.

I’m a student passionate about leadership, community service, and cultural advocacy. I have strong interests in both religious identity/history and the environment. At school, I’ve served as a Peer Leader, club founder, school district focus group representative, and team captain, aiming to improve the climate within our school walls. Outside the classroom, I’ve deepened my love for religious history through my research on Christian-Muslim relations at Princeton University, experiences as a church Deacon and Youth Ministry representative, and through work with Appalachia Service Project. I’ve also earned my Girl Scout Gold and Silver Awards, and supported sustainability initiatives through my nonprofit, Green Stitch, and my work as an editorial intern and author for the Environmental Magazine. My Armenian heritage has inspired me to create space for cultural representation and education. Whether on the volleyball court or lacrosse field, in the choir loft or around the community, I’m dedicated to building connections and uplifting others.
